Dear Students,
Please be informed that starting from Trimester 1, 2007/08 session, all medical certificates (MC) must be submitted to FOE office within 2 working days (48 hours) after the last date of MC. Any late submission shall not be entertained by the Dean.
Such medical cases must be examined by a qualified medical officer from the following Clinics/Hospitals:
a) HLA Panel Clinic /Hospital
b) MMU Staff Panel Clinic
c) Government Hospital/Clinic
d) Clinic / Hospital which is under the medical insurance that the student is being covered (other than HLA Insurance). A copy of Medical Insurance Card has to be attached too.
Please take note that we will not accept MCs other than the above mentioned clinic/hospital.
Please view this matter seriously to avoid any issue on the barring from taking the final examinations.
